Terms of Service

gitmoreviews provides QR- and NFC-enabled review cards and a companion dashboard that helps businesses invite customers to leave reviews, track card taps and scans, and see how their Google reviews develop over time. We also offer supporting tools such as team member attribution, order management, and review-data reports.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

Some features require an account. Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@gitmoreviews.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Organization owners and admins control who is a member of their organization and what those members can do.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• probe, disrupt, or circumvent the Service's security or access controls;
• impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the Service to harass, abuse, deceive, or harm others;
• access the Service by automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) except through features we intentionally provide.

Parts of the Service — business search, review syncing, and sample review reports — query paid third-party data sources on your behalf. To keep the Service fast and affordable for everyone, they are subject to fair-use limits:

• Sample review reports are limited to 10 per business per day.
• Business searches and manual review syncs may be rate-limited, and scheduled review syncing runs on the cadence described in the product (currently weekly).

We may adjust these limits from time to time to prevent abuse or manage costs; the current limits are always stated on this page. Circumventing limits — for example by scripting requests or spreading them across accounts — is a violation of these Terms and grounds for suspension.

Card orders are one-time purchases at the prices shown on our pricing page at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card number. If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact support and we'll replace it. Except where required by law, orders for customized or printed cards are non-refundable once production has started.

The Service helps you invite genuine customers to share honest reviews. You are responsible for using it in line with the policies of the review platforms you point cards at — including Google's prohibitions on fake reviews, incentivized reviews, and selectively discouraging negative feedback where such practices are prohibited.

Review counts, ratings, and review text shown in the dashboard are collected from public sources via third-party data providers. They can lag, contain gaps, or differ from what a platform shows directly, and we don't guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Service — business details, team member names, logos, and similar material. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit, including the names of team members you add.

The Service — including the site, dashboard, card designs we create, and our trademarks — belongs to gitmoreviews and its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding or to copy, resell, or create derivative works of the Service, except as needed to use it as intended.

The Service links to and interoperates with third-party services (for example Google review pages and payment processing). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control and aren't responsible for. Your use of them is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise any particular business outcome, review volume, or rating.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gitmoreviews will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, and 11) survive.

We may change the Service or these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
